diTTo (registered in the Netherlands) is the result of a collaboration between Dareius B.V (Holten, the Netherlands) and diTTogr P.C. (Athens, Greece) with support from the approximately 550 professionals from it’s partners Aveco de Bondt, WINGS ICT Solutions and Tethys. diTTo’s primary goal is the technical development of the product “Digital Twin Solution(s) for Water Infrastructures” also called diTTo DT.

Dr Vera Stavroulaki
Managing Director
Technology developer and Co-founder of WINGS ICT Solutions. She has 20 years of experience, working on the design and development of intelligent cloud-based IoT applications and data platforms in various vertical domains and Digital Twin solutions. She has actively participated in EU funded research projects of the FP7/ICT, FP6/IST and FP5/IST frameworks and is currently involved in various H2020 projects. She is the Project coordinator of the H2020 DEDICAT 6G project. She has served as a co-coordinator of the IERC AC3 “IoT innovation and pilots” and as a Rapporteur of the Technical Report ETSI TR 102 684 “Reconfigurable Radio Systems (RRS); Feasibility Study on Control Channels for Cognitive Radio Systems”. She has authored more than 100 publications in international journals and refereed conferences.

Prof. Panagiotis Demestichas is a Professor at the University of Piraeus, School of ICT, Department of Digital Systems, Greece. He is also a co-owner of WINGS ICT Solutions (www.wings-ict-solutions.eu) and of its spin-out Incelligent (www.incelligent.net). Panagiotis conducts research on 5G, cloud and IoT, big data and artificial intelligence, orchestration / diagnostics and intent-oriented mechanisms. He holds a Diploma and a Ph.D. degree on Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He holds patents and has published numerous articles and research papers.

Dr. Kostas Tsagkaris is an entrepreneur and academic with over 20 years’ experience in the ICT sector. He is the Managing Director and co-founder of WINGS ICT Solutions and Incelligent private companies, actively contributing in the research and development up to the commercialization of 5G, IoT & AI/Big Data products & solutions. He holds a BSc/MSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering with a major in Telecommunications and Networking, and a PhD (Ericsson awarded) from the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. He has been involved in and led numerous R&D and Innovation projects and led the development of several (big) data analytics and AI-driven products and solutions for both public and private sectors. He has also published more than 170 articles in international journals, magazines and refereed conferences and holds several patents in the design, management and optimization of 5G/IoT networks and services and in the application of big-data analytics and machine learning in these areas.
